Spoiler!!!!In the episode "i do" Kate and Sawyer spent the night together, and Juliet is a fertility doctor, and Ben said that Kate was wearing that dress cause the next two weeks would be awfull, something tells me that this baby has something to do with those 2 weeks.
No episódio "Ido" Kate e Sawyer passaram a noite juntos, e como descobrimos antes, Juliet é especialista em fertilidade, e Ben disse a Kate que ela estava usando aquele vestido por que as duas próximas semanas seriam horríveis.
Algo me diz que esse bebê tem algo a ver com essas duas semanas.
