I used to watch streaming videos, and they are great, but, when you want to learn something (in my case, another language), podcasting is a better option, since they lets you control how and when you listen to your records.
With streaming you don't have this option, because streaming requires listening in real time.
For those, like me, that need more and more space and for free, MyPodcast is a great option.
They offered Free Podcast with unlimited Storage, unlimited bandwidth, free podcast templates and help and documentation.
