Do you know that the water is a medicine for the whole body? It helps you to control a cold, migrane, and helps battle hunger and wash away toxins.

And now, a few things that you can eat to help you “clean” your body:
soya, leafy greens, pineapples, broccoli, lemons, onions, whole rice, fish, garlic, cranberries juices, apples, orange juices, avocados, plenty of green salad, spinach, berries and oatmeal.

In other words, try at least keep your 5-a-day portions.
